As part of paper merchants BJ Ball’s ‘identity’ series, we produced booklets that examined the erosion of identity. Booklets were individually numbered, signed, fingerprinted, and sealed with a barcode. Special print techniques from embossing to foiling were integral to the impact of the final job. We also extended the idea with a similarly themed website, www.nonidentity.com. This work was one of our most awarded pieces of its year, winning national and international recognition for both concept and craft.
